  • Worldwide Expansion Planned

    With the introduction of new technology and products, Ganpati Plastfab has embarked on an expansion into the International exports market and wider industry segments. We also plan on introducing new and upgraded products for our existing and new customers along-with streamlining our operations to be more responsive to the demands of our customers.
  • Certified Export House

    Ganpati Plastfab Limited has gained the Export House certification endorsement from the Directorate General of Foreign Trade, Government of India, in recognition of the quantum of export market and export sales generated by Ganpati Plastfab Ltd.
  • Now Quality Certified

    Ganpati Plastfab Limited has gained internationally recognised quality certifications, both ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018 certification, in our endeavor to give our customers the very best and world class quality PP woven products.
  • Enters FIBC Jumbo Bags Market

    In 2015, Ganpati Plastfab started the manufacturing of FIBC Jumbo Bags for the International and Indian market with the addition a completely new FIBC manufacturing line with the latest technology. With the combined efforts of Team Ganpati, we have achieved a production and sale of 50 MT per month of FIBC Jumbo Bags by end of 2015.
  • Crosses The 10,000 MT Production Mark

    Through the tireless effort of the management and team Ganpati, Ganpati Plastfab is able to achieve the coveted 10,000 MT production mark. Along with expansion into new industry segments and markets, Ganpati Plastfab also starts marketing efforts to enter the global markets for export of PP woven bags (PWS).
  • Operations Start at Second Plant

    Ganpati Plastfab Limited inaugurates and starts production at their new manufacturing plant at Bagru, Jaipur in the year 2010 having capacity of 3500 MT of PP woven bags (PWS). The completely greenfield facility has machines with completely new technology, with high speed circular looms and fully automated bag printing, cutting and stitching lines.
  • Upgrading To New Technology

    Ganpati Plastfab Limited went on a major upgrading drive to optimise its manufacturing capacity and capability by way of introducing new technology and replacement of older circular looms with faster new technology circular looms and increased its production to 5700 MT of PP woven bags (PWS) by year 2000.
  • Ganpati Plastfab Expands Vertically

    Ganpati Plastfab Limited expanded its production vertically in 1997 by adding a tape-line for PP filament yarn production and addition of 40 circular looms at the same manufacturing facility, taking the total number of looms to 80 and an annual output of 5000 MT of PP woven bags (PWS), catering to mainly the expanding cement market in India.
  • Ganpati Plastfab Goes Public

    Ganpati Plastfab Limited went public with an initial public offering (IPO) in 1993 for expansion with 40 circular looms at its new manufacturing plant Jaipur, with the induction of Saraf family (Mr. Mahendra Saraf and Mr. Pradeep Saraf) as full time directors and equity.
  • Ganpati Plastfab Incorporated

    Ganpati Plastfab was incorporated in 1984 at Alwar and started initial operations at a new manufacturing plant with 10 circular looms for manufacturing plastic woven sacks. It was initially funded by capital from family and led forward by Mr Ashok Pabuwal with astute management and financial discipline.
  • Ganpati Plastfab Starts Operations

    Ganpati Plastfab was started by the current Managing Director Mr. Ashok Pabuwal in 1975 for introducing plastic woven sacks to the industry using jute and other bags for packaging bulk goods. There was a lot of initial struggle as plastic woven bags (PWS) were not widely acceptable to the Indian market still hugely reliant on jute bags.
